At the age of ten Izora mysteriously died of an un-named illness, at the age of 12 her father Larg also died of the same illness. Luni being only 12 years old was still very innocent and did not know how the world around her worked.

The Talidorea family was a very wealthy merchant family, since both Luni’s father and mother died Luni was alone, her uncle Kobad, seeing the opportunity to claim a large fortune became Luni’s foster parent and forced her to marry him, at the age of 13 Kobad had liquidated all of her family fortune, having several debts, (on a side note Kobad has a gambling addiction and owed people money) Kobad sold Luni into slavery.
